Clients deliver supporting documents through the PBC portal, and your team organizes evidence in Engagement Files. AttestWork Files connects that file room to your authorized AI: find evidence, download the original for analysis, and return a completed workbook or document. File exchange uses the existing MCP connection, without a separate storage connection or a continuously mirrored desktop folder.

The app is your evidence file room
Keep originals, folders, audit-area tags, and indexed content together. Search and OCR help locate evidence; original-file transfers preserve the actual workbook, PDF, Word document, or image for analysis. Client support stays tied to its request or selection.
The bot does the heavy lifting
- Seeds the standard PBC list for the engagement type and keeps requests, selections, comments, and support organized.
- Uses indexed text and OCR where available to locate support, with file identity and indexing status available alongside results.
- Requests an original file when the work needs formulas, workbook structure, page layout, or full-resolution images instead of extracted text.
You stay in control
- Clients upload through the PBC portal; a selection support folder is created when a file is uploaded, not merely when selections are published.
- You decide which companies your AI may access and review generated work before relying on it as evidence.
- Client messages, posting approvals, and professional sign-offs remain separate from file transfer.

A shared workspace per request - not an email thread
Each request carries its category, audit areas, supporting files, comment thread, and status. Questionnaire-backed requests can be completed in the portal. For selections, clients click Client support on the relevant row to upload documents against that exact item.

AttestWork Files
Original files to your AI. Finished work back to your file room.
Connect AttestWork once in each AI product and authorize the companies it may access. The same MCP connection covers records, indexed document search, and file exchange: no second Files connector or desktop folder mirror. Your assistant can request the original Excel, PDF, Word, or image file, analyze it in a supported execution environment, and upload a generated file to the authorized engagement.
Works with ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Antigravity
The original-file download, analysis, and return-upload workflow has been successfully validated with all three. Claude and Google Antigravity have completed manual validation alongside ChatGPT. Use your existing product connection; no second Files connector is needed.
1 · Authorize
Sign in with your WorkpaperOS account through the product's MCP connector. Access remains company-scoped and revocable.
2 · Analyze originals
MCP obtains a short-lived download link. Original bytes travel over HTTPS outside the conversation's tool payload, with file identity and integrity information.
3 · Return the work
The assistant reserves an upload, transfers the file over HTTPS, and completes validation. Supported large-file uploads can resume; finalized files enter the app's indexing pipeline.

From original to workpaper
A workbook stays a workbook
The assistant can use indexed search to find a schedule, then request its current original revision for detailed analysis. After it prepares the output, a reserved upload sends the actual file back into the engagement. The file is finalized and indexed before it is treated as ready for indexed search.

Keep the inbox moving with your assistant
Ask your connected assistant to check new uploads and draft follow-ups. Recurring checks require scheduling support in the AI product you use; file exchange itself does not start an unattended task.
